Mumbai-based startup Railofi has developed a chatbot that allows Indian railway passengers to check PNR status and actual train journey details on WhatsApp. This feature comes in handy as it eliminates the need to download multiple apps to check train status and more. To check PNR and live train status on WhatsApp, a 10-digit PNR number has to be entered in the chatbot. Here is a step by step guide to check PNR status and live train tracking on WhatsApp.
1: Save Railofi's train inquiry number (+91-9881193322) in your smartphone's contact list.
2: Now, open WhatsApp and go to the chat window of Railofi's chatbot number that you saved earlier.
3: Keep the 10 digit PNR number of your train with you. In the chat window, type the 10 digit PNR number and tap on send.
4: Railofy chatbot will send details like PNR status, train status and alerts
5: The chatbot will now automatically send you the real-time status of the train on WhatsApp.
